2/5/10 Year Business Planning Workshop
Designed to support the development of a long-term organisational strategy, this programme combines stakeholder consultation with facilitated workshops to build consensus and create a practical plan for the future.
The programme begins with a series of interviews with key stakeholders to capture their ambitions, frustrations and aspirations for your organisation. These conversations are distilled into a series of strategic themes and options that form the basis of the workshops.

Across three facilitated sessions, participants draw on the collective knowledge of the organisation to explore these options, identify priorities, agree six strategic objectives and develop an achievable roadmap for delivery.
By the end of the programme, your team will be united behind a shared agenda and equipped with the tools and confidence to put it into practice.

A strong strategic vision can also provide an important foundation for future fundraising. Funders and major donors are more likely to invest in organisations that demonstrate clear direction, realistic planning and collective commitment. Ambition Capture Workshop
Our one-day Micro Visioning Programme is ideal for organisations looking to capture the ambition, creativity and expertise within their team.

Participants complete a short questionnaire in advance, providing valuable insight that shapes the workshop. The session creates space to explore ideas, challenge assumptions and identify shared priorities while capturing the collective ambition of your organisation.

This programme is particularly well suited to project planning, service development, programming or other task-specific challenges. An extended version can also include a facilitated session focused on developing an action plan and identifying the practical steps needed to deliver your objectives.
