Mentoring & Coaching

How are you doing?

We live in a time of rapid change, requiring resilience and adaptability. Sometimes, we need space to reflect and refocus.

Building on my experience in Training & Development and with training in counselling and leadership development, I’ve mentored professionals at all levels, including through the Welsh Rising Leaders Programme and GEM’s leadership workshops.

Challenging ways of thinking

Take time to become the best you

There are times when we all benefit from looking at life from a different perspective.

The cultural sector attracts creative individuals who want to make a difference. In recent years you've had to adapt to new ways of working and I know you've done so brilliantly, but it's asked a lot from you. I always ensure I take time out to build my resilience and ensure I am taking care of myself. I can help you to see your challenges differently and ensure you have time for your needs.

When I started coaching I had an idea of what would be achieved and the  direction my career would take. But what amazed me was Paul’s strategic approach and analysing my different skills so that By the time we finished we had a different vision and direction my career would be steered in based on my current skills and making progress from where I currently am at.

I would absolutely recommend Paul as a strategic career coach and what he has helped me achieved is confidence and a thorough plan. He was totally committed to the process throughout, which is priceless.

During the course Paul offered mentoring, which he kindly extended beyond the end of the course. Paul's mentoring/coaching style was holistic, considering all challenges and opportunities, both personal and professional. Paul's insightful, reflective, and informative approach to these mentoring sessions was tremendously valuable. He generously shared his professional knowledge and offered personalised career advice and support. This was tremendously valuable.

I feel very lucky to have been taught by Paul on the course and to have had access to his generous, informative and valuable mentoring through the scheme. I would recommend Paul as both a course Director and a mentor.

Our sector also attracts many who are neurodiverse and there are additional challenges and opportunities associated with different ways of thinking and seeing the world.

I offer a variety of options to help you navigate your challenges.

What others say...

"Not only is Paul's leadership of a high order, but his warm personality holds the room in a way that is entirely absorbing and appropriate to other's development. He is a heritage one-off and a dynamo of ideas and professional development."
